Kaylee is the founder/owner of Empire Aesthetics, a nurse injector, and a woman who believes deeply in building a life and a business without limits.
Before aesthetics, she spent four years as a labor and delivery nurse, walking alongside women during some of the most transformative moments of their lives. At the same time, she was a single mom, fueled by a vision of something bigger. She wanted freedom. She wanted ownership. And most importantly, she wanted to show her daughter that glass ceilings were meant to be shattered.
Empire was built from the ground up, not just as a business, but as a statement. A statement that you can lead with honesty, operate with integrity, and still create something wildly successful. Every decision made is rooted in doing what’s best for our clients, for our team, and for the long-term growth of a brand that truly stands for something.
In May of 2025, Kaylee married her best friend, and together they are raising three incredible kids. Family is her why and her grounding force. When she is not in the treatment room, you’ll find her on the sidelines cheering her kids on at basketball, doing hot yoga, traveling anywhere with a beach, and fully present with the people who matter most.

Shay Wilson has been a Licensed Aesthetician since 2021 and was the first aesthetician to join Empire Aesthetics Med Spa. Since the opening of the practice, Shay has been instrumental in shaping the skin health and corrective skincare services offered at Empire, continuously refining her expertise and elevating the standard of care.
Shay is a certified Acne Expert through Face Reality Skincare since 2023, and is deeply specialized in acne management and corrective treatments. She plays a key role in mentoring and educating providers within the practice, ensuring the team remains current on evidence-based protocols, advanced treatments, and evolving skincare science. Her commitment to education and consistency helps maintain a high level of excellence across all skincare services.
Outside of the clinic, Shay is engaged and enjoys spending time with her furry best friend, Porky. Known for her warm personality and contagious laughter, Shay brings both professionalism and approachability to the patient experience, making clients feel confident, supported, and well cared for.
Kenzie Garrison is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for integrative, patient-centered care. She began her nursing career as an Emergency Department nurse at a Level 1 trauma center, where she spent five years caring for high-acuity patients and developing advanced clinical judgment, precision, and confidence in complex medical settings.
For the past four years, Kenzie has been practicing aesthetic medicine at Empire Aesthetics Med Spa, where she discovered a deep passion for the field. With a strong interest in holistic, preventative, and wellness-based healthcare, she pursued her Doctorate degree to expand the scope of services offered within the practice.
As a Nurse Practitioner, Kenzie blends medical aesthetics with health optimization to provide comprehensive, individualized care. She offers a wide range of services including injectable treatments, laser procedures, medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and wellness-focused treatments designed to support both appearance and overall health.
Outside of the clinic, Kenzie is married, a proud mother to her baby girl Josie, and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Her approach to care is rooted in compassion, education, and a commitment to helping patients feel confident, healthy, and empowered.
Michaela has been a licensed esthetician since 2020 and is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized and results-driven treatments. She is dedicated to continuing education and staying current with advanced skincare techniques and professional-grade modalities, allowing her to provide thoughtful, well-rounded care tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. She also offers permanent makeup aside from skin treatments.
Known for her warm and attentive approach, Michaela prioritizes client education and long-term skin health, ensuring every treatment plan is both effective and sustainable. She takes pride in creating a comfortable, welcoming experience while delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Outside of the treatment room, Michaela is a devoted mom to one daughter and enjoys traveling, attending music festivals, and spending her free time cheering on her daughter at sporting events. Gabby has been a licensed esthetician since 2017 and brings years of hands-on experience and advanced training to every client she treats. She has a strong passion for results-driven aesthetics and is known for combining technical skill with an artistic eye to deliver customized, natural-looking outcomes.
Gabby specializes in permanent brow makeup, where her attention to detail and precision allow her to enhance facial features while maintaining balance and symmetry. In addition to cosmetic tattooing, she enjoys performing advanced treatments such as microneedling and laser services, helping clients address concerns ranging from skin texture and tone to aging and overall skin health. Sheila has been a registered nurse since 2015 and brings a decade of experience from the emergency room, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care, clinical precision, and calm decision-making in high-pressure situations. For the past 1.5 years, she has focused her expertise on aesthetic injectables, combining medical knowledge with an eye for natural, confidence-enhancing results.
Outside of the clinic, Sheila enjoys supporting her children at their sporting events and spending quality time with her family. She has been married for 10 years and is a proud mom of three.
Julie has been a registered nurse since 2017, with a strong clinical background rooted in emergency room nursing. Her years in the ER helped shape her calm, compassionate approach to patient care while building a solid foundation in safety, assessment, and clinical excellence. In 2024, Julie transitioned into aesthetic nursing, where she has found a true passion for combining her medical expertise with artistry and personalized care.
